tengo 18 mido 1:80 soy flaco aunque siempre estoy comiendo, si duermo poco me pongo hiperactivo, y si duermo mucho me da mucha flojera en el dia, soy lobo tambien tengo que decir :D
a diferencia de el café no me afecta aun con un montón de cafeína y azúcar.
